Design Intern

Design Intern, Kacie Pettipiece is currently in her third year at the University of Minnesota. She studying to earn her Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design with a minor in Design and an emphasis on Architecture. Kacie has a strong focus on green design and it's impact on design of the future.

 

Kacie is actively involved in the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) and the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC); her goal is to be a well-rounded designer.

 

Discovering her passion for design at a young age through paying close attention to details within architecture and interior spaces, Kacie wanted to pursue a carrer in Interior Design. She was always interested in how builings were built, color schemes, and fabric textures and patterns.  She found early on her advice to family and friends helped better their spaces. 

 

Kacie draws insight from her exposure to open-minded ideas helping her to develop her creativity throughout her learning process. She hopes to foster her abilities in commerical design. 

 

While at Kamarron, Kacie hopes to enhance her design skills through contributions to the team with work such as design details, CAD, product research, and assisting wherever needed. 

 

Kacie is excited about her learning opportunity with the well known award winning team at Kamarron Design, Inc. and looks forward to the influence it may lend to her career.
